UK: Products will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of purchase date, unless otherwise stated on product page, this service aims to deliver next working day, but can take up to 7 working days (due to coronavirus delays.) Orders going to a UK address are posted First Class by Royal Mail Standard Delivery. Art Prints and substantially larger orders will be posted by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Where possible I will use recycled packaging in a bid to reduce waste.
Standard delivery services are NOT tracked, however if you need an item quickly or would like a tracked delivery service, please contact me. Proof of Purchase is retained for each parcel sent. Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as I cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address being provided.
Please note: If your item has not arrived after one week has passed, please contact me immediately and I can try and locate your parcel.
International & EU: In the New Year (2021) I will begin to roll out International/EU Delivery Services, however due to the Coronavirus postal delays, I have decided to wait until services return to a more efficient standard. Updates regarding this will be posted onto this website and social media.
Returns: Please note, I am only able to accept returns on faulty items or items delivered damaged. If there is a problem with your order please get in touch with me via the contact form as soon as possible to discuss this, and I will help with your return.
